Customer Service Executive (Posted on 22 July 2017)
- Handle and manage customer inquiries on product pricing, stock availability, shipment delivery and other information required by customer.
- Handle purchase orders placed by customers.
- Coordinate between customers and production on shipment status.
- Participate in the implementation of Company Management Systems.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing or equivalent.
- Required spoken / written language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

- Excellent written communication skills
- Exposure in dealing with customers from overseas and export oriented environment will be an added advantage.
