Job Description

  1. Handle and manage customer inquiries on product pricing, stock availability, shipment delivery and other information required by customer.
  2. Handle purchase orders placed by customers.
  3. Coordinate between customers and production on shipment status.
  4. Participate in the implementation of Company Management Systems.

 

Qualification Requirements

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing or equivalent.
  2. Required spoken / written language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
  3. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  4. Those with experience in Marketing line are encouraged to apply 
  5. Excellent written communication skills 
  6. Exposure in dealing with customers from overseas and export oriented environment will be an added advantage.
