Job Description

a)    Accountable to raise /monitor/follow up on sample requisitions for Sales & Marketing Department

b)    Responsible to communicate & prepare sticker labels for all purpose in related to the departments usage

c)    To lead on the courier arrangement whenever required by the department

d)    Responsible to ensure proper and updated filing, for all the department documentation (Job Order, Pro-Forma Invoice and Shipping Document)

e)    Liable to raise stationary requisition with Purchasing Department and to distribute promptly.

f)     Upkeep department tools and assets as assigned promptly

g)    To assist the team for all the arrangements during customer visitation.

h)    To assist on handling phone calls during the absence of the team mate in the office

i)     To handle any other assignment extended/required by the department.

Requirements

a)    Candidate must possess at SPM, STPM, Professional Certificate or equivalent.

b)    Candidate must know basic computer & email (Microsoft Office, etc.)

c)    Able to do clerical job (printing/photocopying/labelling/ etc.)

d)    Willing to work in Klang.
